Is your quote free?

After a telephone intake we prepare a suitable quote. In some situations an on-site visit is required; this may be subject to a fee.

What does your heat pump design include?

Our heat pump advisory report includes a full heat-loss calculation, an analysis of your heat emission system and substantiated advice on capacity, design and settings. This ensures your installation is sized correctly.

What does your work process look like?

We start with a telephone intake and provide an indicative quote. After your approval in principle, we carry out a detailed survey of your home or building, followed by a technical analysis and advice. We then take care of the design, installation and commissioning according to clear quality standards.

Do you also provide maintenance?

Yes, we maintain all heat pumps and air conditioning systems that we install ourselves.

Can I request maintenance even if the installation was not done by you?

In many cases, yes. Please contact us so we can assess whether we can take over the maintenance of your installation.

Do you work with specific brands?

We work with premium A-brands: Weheat, Vaillant, Panasonic and Daikin for heat pumps, and Daikin and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for air conditioning. We always advise based on what suits your situation best technically.

Do you install for both private and business clients?

Yes, we deliver sustainable climate solutions for both private and business customers.

Do you only provide installation or also advice?

We offer both independent advice and complete installation and guidance throughout the project.

What happens in case of a breakdown?

In case of a malfunction, please contact us. We will assess the situation and schedule a service visit as soon as possible.
